End Of The Rainbow is an emotional drama based on the life of legendary actress and singer, Judy Garland.
With emotionally-charged musical performances that showcase Garland’s most memorable songs, End Of The Rainbow stars Lisa Maxwell (Loose Women), Gary Wilmot (Chicago) and Sam Attwater (EastEnders) in the main roles.
The play begins in the heyday of the 1960’s as Garland returned to London for a series of stage shows. Garland’s star was, by this stage somewhat fading, and the play perfectly captures the conflict between her and her new fiancé, her own personal demons and her ailing health and drug dependence. This powerful, musical performance brings the audience inside the world of one of the most iconic stars of the 20th century.
